Your letter dated May 22, 1979, filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR), proposed a change to the Technical Specifications of Facility License No. DPR-57 for the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant Unit No. 1.
The change related to the Reactor Protection System Power Supply, and was approved on August 14, 1979, by the ONRR staff as Amencment No. 70 to DPR-57. As required by 10 CFR 170.12(c), Attachment 1 to your application included your determination that a Class III fee was appropriate for the application because it involved consideration of a single issue. However, no fee was received with your application.
Based on guidance from the ONRR staff, we agree with your fee determination of a Class III ($4,000) for the May 22 application.
It is requested that the $4,000 required pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 be forwarded to us as promptly as possible.
