MURPHY The Co=missioner cornents on the letters to R. Nader and Senator Schweicker were to elaborate on the three instances where infractions were noted.
The letter to Mr. George Murphy appeared to adequately answer his questiens; therefore no changes were =ade.
The report was changed to core fully reflect the three instances where infractions were noted, the reasons for layoffs of Darcey and Shapire; acknowledge =ent that falsificatica of records were made, though not as alleged; why certain witnesses were believed, others nat; reason for not interviewing witness "Q" as to whether he ever carried firear=s; and evidence from the log indicating which guards were issued firearms.
