(I should mention that Nader also referred to the security problem at Mills tone. ) I think that both le tters are acceptable. However, I v;ould add the following paragraph as a third paragraph to Senator Sch'.;eiker 's letter which would state: 4 Al'Due to the addition of the requirement for reactor' physical security plants in April, 1974, in subsequent revisions of reactor license conditicns, we have devoted special attention to the inspection of physical security at all plants [ during the last year. Since March, 1974, NRC / inspectors have devoted an excess of 200 man v ' ~ days at 41 plant sites inspecting ph'ysical securi ty.
