On June 13, 197'1, i recort was made under the provisions of 10CFR50.5S(a) concerning missing lower jam nuts and haaring lack washers frem all four support tune assemblies of the pressurizer.
In accordance with the recorting requirements of 10CFR21, the following information is submitted:

Description of defect, 1eficiency, or failura to ccmoly:
The lower fim ruts and bearing lock Washers were determined to be missing from all four support tube assemblies of the pressurizer.
The lcwer jam nuts and bearing lock washers prevent movament (unthreariing) of the spherical nuts.
The lowe spherical nuts a-a threaded on the succort tube assemblies and support the pressurizer ring girdar.
Loosaning of the lower scherical nuts my result in lowering of the pressurizer and cause possible damaga.
