The enclosure refers to the meeting held at our request at the Burns and Roe, Inc., offices in Oradell, New Jersey on April 11, 1979, attended by you, members of your staff, and representatives of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
The matters discussed at this meeting were primarily related to your planned systems for preparing and implementing a quality assurance program for use in design and procurement activities in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B.
In addition, we discussed in general terms the scope of our review and inspection of your quality assurance program.
It is our view that these discussions are helpful and will be mutually beneficial to both of our organizations.
