Dear Mr. Cleveland:
Attached is a copy of a letter we received from Mr. Donald E. Harley of the Governor's Budget and Planning Office. The ten copies of the Comanche Peak Environmental Report Operating License Stage (ER(0LS)) that we sent to the State Clearinghouse, as directed by enclosure 1 of Environmental Report docketing letter dated January 9, 1979, were distributed by Mr. Harley as indicated in the attached letter.
To comply with Mr. Harley's request, and in the interest of expediency, we propose sending any copies of'ER(OLS) amendments for the State Clearinghouse directly to state offices indicated in the attached letter.
