Thank you for your letter of July 17, 1978, in response to our letter dated June 19, 1978. As a result of our review, we find that addit-ional information is needed.
Findings A.1 and A.3 We concur that THB747 is a series of related calculations.
However, this series of individual calculaticns was performed and checked by different persons at different times.
Your records do not identify each of these calculations and their checks by subject, originator and date.
The verification measures were not adequately documented and referenced for these individual checks.
Findings #g Your response to the deviaticn describes how the ileicad Safety Analysis Checklist is used.
Your response does not address the verification of the calculated values (Design input).
The additional information required is your corrective action and pre-ventive action and the dates of implementation of both of the above.
Please provice this additional information within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete our review.
