The application for renewal of the Operating License No. R-31 for The Catholic University of America Research and Test Reactor in NRC Docket No. 50-77 is hereby amended by submission of Amendment No. 1 to the Final Safety Analysis Report.
Amendment No. 1 includes an update to Section 13.3, Emergency Plan, in respense to a telephonic request from
