Thank you for your letter of October 5,1979, in response to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation, dated September 26, 1979.

The sealed source leak test certificate submitted with ycur letter has been found as sufficient justification for eliminating Item 1 of the Notice of Violation as an item of noncompliance.

However, as discussed with Mr. Calvin Tellinghuisen by telephone on October 9,1979, your letter did not respond to the three requests stated in the fourth paragraph of our letter as they relate to Iten 2.

You should submit the above requested information within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
