EQUIPMENT FOR PHILIPPINE NUCLEAR POWER PLANT UNIT NO. 1 Attached for your review is a copy of a January 19, 1979 letter from Westinghouse Electric Corporation with a list of equipment and material to be exported for use in the Philippine Nuclear Power Plant Unit No. 1.
In our view this equipment / material is not "specifically designed or prepared" for use in a nuclear facility.
