The Comission, by a vote of 5-0, approved the subject Orders, which confirm agreements reached between the NRC staff and the respective licensees on actions necessary to provide added reliability

to the reactor systems to respond safely to the feednter transients.
The Orders are effective on issuance for an indefinite period until the actions described therein have been satisfactorily completed.
