APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Toledo Edison Company Docket No. 50-346 Based on the inspection conde:. Led en April 9-12, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. This item is an infraction.
Technical Specifications 6.8.1.a. and 6.8.2. require in part, that applicable procedures recommended in Appendix "A" of Regulatory Guide 1.33 shall be reviewed by the Safety Review Board (SRB) and approved by the Station Superintendent prior to implementation.
Contrary to the above, Maintenance Instruction M-46, cafety/ relief valves inspection and repair, was not reviewed by the SRB and approved by th'e Station Superintendent prior ta implementation.
