This refers to your application dated January 11, 1979 requesting approval of Consumers Power Company's (CPC) Quality Assurance (QA) program to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 571.51.
As noted in your application, CPC has elected to utilize the operational QA program which is described in the QA topical repor', CPC-1-A, and is applicable to all CPC's operating nuclear plants.
Since the staff has accepted a later revision to this report, it is requested that CPC reference Revision 6 to CPC-1-A.
Please submit seven copies of your response to this request within 30 days following receipt of this letter.
