Dear Mr. Denton:
During a survey on April 5,1979 of the four corners of the Expansion Joints Enclosure of the Service Water Pump House for North Anna Units 1 and 2, it was discovered that the sketch used in 1977 and 1978 to report results of previous surveys by Stone & Vebster construction surveyors incorrectly identi-fled the numbering of the four points on the enclosure. The actual locations, however, were clearly identified in the field notebooks of the surveyors.
The previously reported, and actual designations of these points are as follows:

8 These incorrect designations were included in the following submittals to the NRC:

FSAR Figure 3.8.4-19 (dated 11-3-78).

Figure 2 of the report entitled, " Settlement of Service Water Pump House," submitted by letter Serial No. 306, dated May 31, 1978 and also letter Serial No. 329, dated June 13, 1978.
3.
Table 3 and Figure 5 of requested additional information submitted by letter Serial Nos. 434A/071978 and 447A/072678, dated September 8,1979.
Revisions of the above table and figures are attached.
in iddition, FSAR Figure 3.8.4-19 will be revised on an upcoming amendment.
Figu-6 of Vepco's April 27, 1979 testimony for the June Atomic Safety Licensing and Appeal Board hearing shows the correct identification of the four points.

Since the settlements of the four corners of the Expansion Joints Enclosure have been essentially the same, the previously reported identification of the points should not result in any change in interpretation or judgment.
