NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF DEPOSITION.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Intervenor Commonwealth of Massachusetts, by mutual agreement with the Applicant, has suspended indefinitely the deposition of the Applicant's consultant scheduled for Thursday, April 26, 1979. The Commonwealth has notified the parties by telephone today of the suspension of the deposition.

All parties will be given reasonable notice if the deposition is rescheduled in the near future.
