DOCKET NO. 50-301 INSERVICE INSPECTION OF SAFETY CLASS COMPONENTS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST NO. 58 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 2 We have received your letter dated January 29, 1979, in which you informed us that review of the November 27, 1978, application for a license amendment would require the payment of a $4,000.00 Class III license amendment fee.
In that letter you rejected our determination that the subject application was exempt from fees because it was in response to a written order of the Commission.
Accordingly, we are submitting herewith check number 422499 as our fee payment.
As you know, this Unit 2 change request is identical to a change requested for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 1, on February 17, 1977, over two years ago.
We are hopeful that your lengthy review of the Unit 1 change request is nearing completion and that you will issue both the Unit 1 and Unit 2 license amendments in this matter as soon as possible.
