i amendments to Facility Operating Licenses DPR-24 and DPR-27 to permit modification of the spent fuel storage and handling l
facilities at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant.
The application was amended subsequently by Licensee's letters dated June 14 and i
September 29, 1978.
Licensee also provided additional information concerning this application in response to NRC requests by letters dated July 19 and October 10, 1978.
As a result of several refinements in design calculations by the contractor for the proposed spent fuel storage racks and correction of two calculations for pile strength ratios, Licensee' is submitting herewith several revisions to the previously submitted j
information concerning this application.
These changes are discussed below.
The changes are submitted to assure as accurate an application as possible and do not, in any way, change or alto; the conclusions previously advanced.
These changes consist of the following:
