DOCKET NO. 50-266 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST NO. 57 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 1 Enclosed herewith is check number 422624 in the amount of $3600.
This amount represents the balance of amendment fees which you have specified as necessary to complete processing of our November 16, 1978, amendment request for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 1.
This amendment revises the reactor coolant system pressure-temperature heatup and cooldown curves period of appli-cability for Unit 1.
As discussed in your letter dated January 30, 1979, the review of the Unit 1 amendment has been completed.
It is our understanding that the remittance of this disputed fee will permit you to complete action on the Unit 1 portion of our request and issue the amendment to Facility Operating License No. DPR-24.
