Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter of December 28, 1978, in response to our
letter dated November 29, 1978, and the attached Notice of Violation.
In your reponse to finding No.1 regarding welding of the emergency
fuel oil tanks, you requested a delay on further response until REC 0
returns to the site, which is expected to occur in February 1979. This
request is granted.
He have no further questions at this time on your response to finding
No. 2, regarding space heaters for stored-in-place Class IE electrical
eqeipment. We will review your corrective action in a future inspection.
