Inspection 70-1100/78-10 This refers to your letter dated December 21, 1978, in response to our letter dated December 5,1978.
Based upon a telephone conversation between Mr. G. Bakevich of your staff and Mr. D. Donaldson of this office on January 4, 1979, it is our understanding that, within 90 days, the ratios of the probe inlet velocities to the duct velocity will be determined for each of the nire absolute filtered ventilation systems to verify that each system exhibits a ratio within the range listed in Column 1, Table C 1, Appendix C, of ANSI N13.1-1969.
If your intent differs from our understanding, please notify this office.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
