We have completed a detailed environmental review on your license amendment application dated April 5,1978 to authorize the con-struction and operation of additional UF6 conversion capacity at the Hematite plant. Our review indicated that additional information is required to allow the completion of the environmental impact assessment on the prJposed action. The additional information required is identified in the attachment.
Our schedule for the review requires the receipt of your responses to these questions by the end of February 1979.
