We have completed our review of the Exxon Nuclear Mixed 0xide and Specialty Fuels Plant Contingency Plan which was transmitted to us on September 15, 1978. On the basis of this review we have deter-mined that your submission will be acceptable after minor revisions have been incorporated.
Please make revisions to your plan indicated by the comments con-tained in the enclosure to this letter and furnish six copies of your revised plan for our final acceptance review.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of September 15, 1978, and the enclosure to this letter contain information of a type speci fied in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, they are deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
