On December 28, 1978, the Scuthern California Edisen Ccgany (Edisca),
not a party to this proceedirs, appeared specially and filed a notica to quash a subpoena duces tecun dich had been served upcn Edisca by DH.
This notica was supported by points and authorities and the affidavit of Imell John Dosch.
This notion to quash will be heard and conside ed by the Board at 10:00 a.m., local ti.e, Wednesday, January 24, 1979, in the State Building, Rocxn 1202 (First Floor), 310 PcAllister Street, San Francisco, California 94102.
