The meeting was held in the offices of Offshore Power Systems in Jacksonville, Florida. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss staff questions related to " Buckling Criteria and Application of Criteria to Preliminary Design of the Containment Shell for the Floating Nuclear Plaat," 0PS Topical Report No. 7270-RP-16A51.
