Dear Dr. Gilbert:
The referenced letter asks us to submit additional information on the alternate routes 'or the transmission line from Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Units 4 & 5 to Valley and Mira Loma Substations.
We were requested to respond by January 15, 1979, however, our response will not be submitted until February 19, 1979.
