Amendment No. 4 i-The final paragraph and Appendix "A" of Construction Pezrit No. CPPE-5 ere hereby amended to read as follows:

" Pursuant to Section 50.60 cf the regulations in Title 10, Chapter 1, CFR. Part 50, the Cdscion has allocated to Innkee for use in the operation of the reactor, 6,002.6 kilograms of uraniu=-235 contained in uranjum at the isotopic ratios speci-fled in Tankee's application for license. Estimated schedules of special nuclear material transfers to Innkee and returns to the C d ssien are contained in Appendix "A" which is attached hereto. Shipments by the Co==ission to !ankee in accordance with colu=n (2) in Appendix "A" vill be conditioned upon Ye.nhee's return to the Co==issien of materit.1 substantie.12y in accordance with colu=n (3) of Appendix "A".

Shipments by the Cor=ission to Iankee in e.ccord-ance with column (2) in Appendix "A" will be conditioned upon Innhee's return to the C-is-cien of r.aterie.1 substantially in accordance with column (3) of Appendix "A.
