This refers to your letter to Mr. Denton of October 18, 1979 The operating procedures and details of design and construction of EPICOR ll have been reviewed by the NRC Staff.
They conform to all applicable regulatory requirements and provide assurance that the health and safety of the public will be protected.
Accordingly, pursuant to ordering paragraph I of the Commission's Memoragdum and Order of October 16, 1979, and paragraph ii of the Order for Modification of License issued by the Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation on October 18, 1979, the proposed EPICOR ll procedures and design and construction det !1s are approved.
