Enclosed herewith is " Applicants' Objections to Certain of Intervenor Miami Valley Power Project's Third Set of Interrogatories and Motion for a Protective Order." Responses to interrogatories to which objection has not been taken will be sent to you directly from cincinnati.

You will note that several of the responses refer to material which is proprietary to various contractors of The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company. Because of the voluminous nature of these documents and the fact they contain proprietary matetial, they are being made available for inspection at their present locations. Other documents which are being produced will be made available for your inspection at offices of The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company, 139 E.
