Attached are replacement pages for the centingency plan that cont ain revi-sions that respond to your request.
This revision -1 dated April 20, 1979 is to be inserted into the plan on a page-for-page basis.
The attachment contains information of the type described in 10 CFR 2.790 (d) and should be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
