This is in response to your letter of December 21, 1978 whereby you submitted the Safeguards Contingency Plan for B&W Lynchburg Research Center. We have reviewed the plan and found that it will be accept-able if certain corrections are made.
Detailed comments are contained in the enclosure to this letter.
It is requested that you provide us with appropriate revisions in order that your plan may be approved promptly.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of December 21, 1978 and the enclosure to this letter contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
In addition, we are withholding from public disclosure the enclosure to your letter cited above, since it contains classified information.
