C., General Electric mcently salmitted a request for authorization to revise the Fundamental Nuclear 31aterial Control (FNMC) Plan for this plant, m1ated to the handling of UO2 pellets aM of certain containers of special nuclear atterial (SSSI) at the time of a physical inventory.

As a result of reviewing our sutmittal, your staff requested further infonnation mlated to the SM.I to which the requested authorization would apply. This infontation is contained in Attachment 1 to this letter.

Attachrent 2 contains pages of our 1%3IC Plan with further mvisions related to the requested authorization.
