331.0 - Rajiological Assessment It will be.lelpful to us if your responses are in a " Position and Response" format using the same number designation as the position.
The first number designated the review area and the second (in parentheses) designated the associated section of the FSAR. Of course, your responses should include revision to the FSAR whereever appropriate.
riote: The enclosed information is requested to assure that inadvertent very high doses are avoided during the transfer of spent fuel.

331-1 331.0 RADIOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT 331.21 Describe permanent shielding provided to assure acceptable radiation (12.1) levels in pc intially occupied areas in the vicinity of the spent fuel transfer process.
If very high radiation areas are projected, describe precautions taken to prevent inadvertent personnel access during fuel transfer.
