Dear Mr. Roe:
In your letter dated March 16, 1979 you submitted the Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No.1.
- However, Process Control Program (SRPCP)you did not supply a Solid Radwaste Our staff discussed this with your staff on April 27, 1979. Your staff indicated that the SRPCP was a part of the plant procedures and that you do not normally send plant procedures for review by the NRC. As we indicated in that discussion, we need your SRPCP to complete our review of the Radio-logical Effluent Technical Specifications for Davis-Besse - 1.
Therefore, we request you to send the SRPCP no later than June 1,1979.
