As a result of an inspection conducted on May 7-11, 1979, certain Letters of concern to this office were discussed during a telephone coaversation on May 15, 1979, between Mr. W. Green of your staff and Messrs. J. F. Donahue and T. J. Madeda of this office, relating to implementation of certain sections of your approved security plan.
With regard to these matters, it is our understanding that you will take the actions outlined in the enclosure to this letter. If your understanding of planned actions is not in accordance with the enclosure to this letter, please contact this office immediately.
