. Interim Report 8 covering the 90 day period pending August 22, 1978, reported the coc:pletion of all tests up to 70% of plant load.
Since the Nuclear Regulatory Con =ission did not release the plant for operations at power levels in excess of 70%, no further Initial Approach to Power Tests were performed during the 90 days ending February 22, 1979.
Future interim reports will report the results of any startup tests.
