Safeguards (Material Control Accounting) Program Review This refers in part to the review conducted i,y J. Partlow and C. Emeigh (NRC:NMSS) and G. H. Hamada of this office on February 26 and 27,1979, of activities authorized under NRC License No. SNM-696.
It also refers to the discussion of our findings with H. N. Wellhouser and staff at the conclusion of the visit.
The areas examined during the visit included your program for controlling and accounting for special nuclear material pursuant to applicable pro-vicions of Part 70, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, and specific requirements of your license. Within there crecs, the r eview consi~stid-of selective examinations of prccedures and records, interviews with personnel and observations by the inspector.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified within the scope of this review.
Further documentation of discussion topics as they apply to the NRC Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards may be forthcoming from t:1SS directly.
