We have completed our review of the " Safeguards Contingency Plan for Rockwell Internatjonal Energy Systems Group, Headquarters Facility,"
which was transmitted to us by your letter of September 15, 1978 (78ESG-8345). On the basis of this review we have determined that your submission will be acceptable after certain modifications have been incorporated.
Please make revisions to your plan as indicated by the comments contained in the enclosure to this letter and furnish six copies of your revised plan for our final acceptance review.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of September 15, 1978, and the enclosure to this letter contain infonnation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, they are deemed to be com-mercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the pro-visions of 10 CFR 9.12.
