Physical Inventory As followup to the January 6-7, 1979 physical inventory report, a total of nine additional containers of heterogenous SNM was checkweighed and sampled.
Total inventory verification of the ChTP facility for the January 6-7, 1979 physical inventory included the checkweighing, sampling and analyzing of the samples from 110 containers. These containers were Powder randomly selected for verification from a population of 480 U 038 containers, 636 UO,, pellets and U 0 containers and 208 containers 13 containing heteroge' nous special nuclear materials. An analytical eval-uation of the checkweighing data and sample analysis will be issued in a supplemental report.

Exit Interview The inspector met with licensee representatives (denoted in paragraph 1) at the conclusion of the inspection on January 19, 1979 to summarize the scope and findings of the inspection.
