NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR HEARING ON COMANCHE PEAK Your application for operating licenses for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station has now been accepted for full review. Enclosed is a copy of a related notice which has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication. This is a combined notice of con-sideration of issuance of facility operating licenses, notica of availability of environmental report, and notice of opportunity for hearing. The Notice of Receipt of Application for Operating Licenses was published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on May 12,1978 (43 F.R. 20583).
Also enclosed is a copy of a notice cf opportunity for public participation in proposed NRC licensing action wnicn has been sent to the following newspapers for display advertising: News - Dallas, Star-Telegram -
Fort Worth, Times Review - Cleburne, and Emoire-Tribune - Stephenville.
