Subjects IE Inspection Report 50-338/78-33 This is in response to your letter of January 5,1979 regarding IE Inspection Report no. 50-338/78-33 for North Anna Unit No.1.
This letter supersedes our previous response dated December 15, 1978.
A detailed procedures manual covering nonradiological environmental surveillance, as required by Environmental Technical Enecifications 5.5.1 and 5.5.4, is now in preparation.
The procedures manual will be compiled and reviewed by March 1,1979. No additional actions are required to prevent recurrence.
