Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications Mr. Brian K. Grimes of your staff requested in his letter of November 15, 1978 that Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications, an Offsite Dose Calculation Manual and Process Control Program be submitted on a sixty (60) day schedule.
Due to the magnitude and complexi.ty of the task we will be unable to meet the requested schedule. The planned submittal date for the proposed Technical Specifications and other documents is May 15, 1979. This will ensure adequate time for the preparation and review of this submittal.
