Dear Dr. Calsoyas:
Your January 5,1979 letter to NRC Chairman Joseph Hendrie concerning seismic issues at the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant stated that you were enclosing copies of your January 5, 1979 letter to President Carter and a January 2,1979 letter from William R. Stalder of the California Public Utilities Commission.
I regret to inform you that neither of the above enclosures were received by the NRC nor was your original Decem-ber 1,1979 submittal.
