The amandments are effective as of their date of issuance.
The amendments revise the surveillance requirements for the Reac:cr Protection System Power Supplies while the licensee replaces an inadequate undervoltage protection trip.
The application for tne amendment complies with the standards ar.d requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations.
The Commissien has made appro-
- riate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules ar
regulations jn 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendments. Prior public notice of these amendments was not recuired sir.:e the amendments do not involve a significant hazards consideratien.
