REVISIONS 'IO EUNIWIENIAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTEL PLAN With reference to activities authorized by SNM-1097, General Electric Canpany hereby subnits the latest revision to Chapter 1, Introduction, of the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (ENMC) Plan for the fuel fabrication plant in Wilmington, N. C.
Also included are the acompanying revisions to index pages (i.e., Table of Contents, List of Figures and List of Effective Dates).
Pursuant to 10 CFR 70.32(c), we have determined that these changes in Chapter 1 and the index pages cb not decrease the effectiveness of the EMIC Plan and, therefore, Conmission approval is not required prior to these changes being made.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), General Electric requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure as this raterial identifies General Electric procedures for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material.
General Electric personnel would be pleased t9 discuss the revisions to the FNMC Plan with ycn and mmbers of your staff as you deem necessary.
