.sxamine your corrective actions and plans during subsequent inspections.
Your letter of December 14, 1978, did not include your response to the deviation concerning periodic tests of pocket dosimeters (Appendix B, item A). As discussed in telephone communications December 19, we expect your response to this item by December 28, 1978.
