Airborne Particulate Releases 1.

Corrective steps which have been taken and the results achieved All H.P.

technicians have been re-instructed to recognize the required action levels for air sample results and to be alert for such data when posting the daily results.

For the large number of stack samples taken in the same time period, the few samples in the ranges noted represent no work or environmental hazard.

Corrective steps which will be taken to avoid further items of non-compliance The form used in recording the daily values shall be revised to show action limits and requir-d action by December 15, 1978.

Investigation of past values requ'. ring such action shall be completed by December 15, 1978.

The date when full' compliance will be achieved Our facility is currently in full compliance.

4 of Details, itam 7, Emergency Drills Any significant item associated with an emergency drill is reported to the General Manager immediately upon the conclusion of the drill; however, written documentation may or may not be used.

The noted item for reporting such results to the General Manager is not a part or condition of our formal NRC license as specified by the NRC.

2.7.1 of our 12. cense does not require audit reports to be made to the General Manager.

This item is not scbject to a notice of violation and should be deleted.

It should be noted that the prompt corrective action is taken relative to meriting NRC comments whether or not formal license requirements exist.
