REVISED PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN - MORRIS OPERATION, NEDS-14507C DATED September,1977 Ten copies of the subject revised plan are submitted herewith.
This revision incorporates plans and other information from the Morris Operation Emergency Plan, NED0-14506, dated April 1975, formerly referenced in the security plan. The requirements of Appendix A, Amendment MPP-3 of the referenced license have been incorporated in the security plan, as follows:
Appendix A Item Security Plan Section 1.4.1 2.1.2.1 1.4.2 5.5 1.4.3 4.1. 3.1 1.4.4 4.1. 3.1 The subject revision also incorporates various other administrative changes and additions, such as changes in position titles and organization structure.

,; The subject revision constitutes administrative action, and does not involve changes in the security plan affecting the physical safety of special nuclear material, nor the health and safety of the public or employees of Morris Operation.
A General Electric Company check for $150 is enclosed as fee for *.h's submi ttal.
The subject security plan contains information of a type specified in 10CFR2.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10CFR9.5 (a)(4), subject to disclosure only in accordance with the pro-visions of 10CFR9.12.
For these reasons we request that the enclosure to this letter be withheld from public disclosure.
