In your letter dated May 22, 1979, to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regula-tion (0NRR), you proposed a Technical Specification change relating to the Reactor Protection System Power Supply for the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant Unit 1 for review and approval.
In response to your request, Amendment No. 70 was approved by the 0:lRR staff on August 14, 1979.
By letter dated November 29, 1979, we informed your Cor.pany that Amendment No. 70 is subject to the requirements of 10 CFR 170.22, and requested a Class III fee of S4,000.
At this time, we have not received the 54,000.
It should be submitted to this office within fifteen (15) days after your receipt of this letter.
Failure to pay the fees required by 10 CFR 170 is subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 170.41.
