Contrary to License Condition 10, which requires licensed material to be used only at the licensee's address, the licensed 100 millicuries americium-241 scaled source contained in Troxler soil gauge ftodel 3064, s/n 1638, was used between June and August,1979 at a site in Delta, Alaska.
