Enclosed is Florida Power Corporation's response to Item 5 of I.E. Bulletin 79-05C.
This B&W Operating Guideline contains instructions for establishing and maintaining plan' control during postulated inadequate core cooling conditions.
These guidelines will be utilized by FPC to develop procedures and implement operator training related to inadequate core cooling.
This activity is scheduled for completion by January 1, 1980.
